Founded in Atlanta in 2023, we are committed to addressing the unique needs of seniors while also providing placement services and referrals for adults of all ages.

Our mission is to provide trusted guidance and personalized support, connecting individuals with safe, affordable, and appropriate living arrangements that meet their needs. We collaborate with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and social workers to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for families and individuals alike.

In addition to housing placements, we offer referrals for essential services such as home care, hospice care, and more. Through our partnership with Mars Consulting Solutions, we also provide dementia education and support—equipping caregivers, families, and professionals with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate dementia care with confidence.

Expanding our impact, The Referralist now also offers consulting services for personal care home owners, assisted living operators, and senior community managers. Drawing from our hands-on experience in senior care, our consulting division helps providers improve compliance, streamline operations, train staff, and enhance the overall resident experience.
